How long does it take to get paid?
The entire process usually completes within 5-10 minutes. Once you submit your gift card information, our system immediately begins verification. After successful verification, funds are transferred to your provided bank account instantly. Bank processing times may vary between institutions, typically arriving within minutes to 1 hour.
Is my transaction secure?
We use bank-level encryption technology to protect all your transactions and personal information. We do not store your complete bank card details, and all data transmissions are encrypted. How do your rates work?

What happens if my card is rejected?
If your gift card is rejected, we'll notify you of the specific reason via email or Whatsapp. Common reasons include: card already used, incorrect card number or PIN, unclear card image, expired card, etc. You can resubmit after correcting the issue.
