1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the OwnCard platform (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Service.
3. Gift Card Exchange Rules
- You warrant that all gift cards you attempt to exchange were acquired legally.
- You warrant that you are the sole and lawful owner of the gift card and it is not subject to any encumbrances.
- Attempting to sell used, invalid, or stolen gift cards will result in an immediate ban and may be reported to relevant legal authorities.
- Once a trade is initiated and the card is successfully verified, the trade cannot be reversed.
4. Payment and Rates
Rates displayed on our platform are indicative and subject to real-time market fluctuations. The final rate applied to your transaction is the one locked in at the moment your trade is successfully submitted. Payments are processed immediately upon successful verification of your gift card, which usually takes between 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OwnCard, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
